As well as helping people to save money, one of our main objectives is to save the planet by reducing carbon emissions and the waste of the earth’s resources when superfluous products are manufactured. All our projects have that aim. One of the easiest to measure is at the Repair Cafe, and this is why you will have seen us weigh the items that have been repaireed. It’s a very crude measure, but it does give us a rough idea of how big an impact we are having.
